New Zealand Red Beech Bowl Spiral

The wood in this bowl really has some stories to tell. Check out the burl wood in the bottom of the bowl. The black swirling pattern on it's side is characteristic of mature red beech timber. This is the sort of bowl that would look lovely with, or without something in it.
